  1. Great piece Richard. Point 11 is all too true – people buy people so as a designer it’s essential to maintain a consistent, clear message to existing as well as potential clients.

    • Glad you like it and very much agree, a new client mentioned they picked me over a number of designers because of a consistent identity across e-mails and questionnaires etc. If you are going to be trusted with someone else’s brand message you must have a solid one of your own.
